This information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security, and is only available to authorized personnel in the organization, or the projects it supports, for the furtherance of the activities that fall within the Incorporation purposes of the Woodlawn Foundation. This policy has no exceptions. Within the organization, information is only made available on a need to know basis. Woodlawn Foundation is committed to protecting all personal information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to assure security and confidentiality, and to comply all legal requirements. In addition, the Woodlawn Foundation uses the latest technological means to protect against unauthorized access to our database. Information in the records of the Woodlawn Foundation is not now, nor has it ever been, sold or exchanged with outside organizations, and as such is only available for the internal use of the Woodlawn Foundation to aid the projects it supports. All information is treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Normal website usage:

Woodlawn Foundation has a strong commitment to internet privacy. Visitors can enter this website without revealing any personal information. The only type of information that may be collected are website related statistics which include an internet visitor's service provider, the browser and type of machine, the web site that referred the visitor, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. This information may be used to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the Woodlawn Foundation site.
