IRA Charitable Rollover Allows Donations Up to $100,000

Donors who are 70 1/2 or older can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution of up to $100,000 to the Woodlawn Foundation and have it excluded from gross income. The donation must be made directly from the financial institution to a qualified charity. The donation fulfills the legally required minimum distribution.
